IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line in Nampa, ID.
Address: 706 N Pit Ln Shop
Observations Include: Fusing, verification of OQ records, potholing, line locating, boring, service line
pull-back, trenching, EFV install and tracer wire tie-in. Quizzed personnel on AOCs for bolt on
tapping tee. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and
Maintenance Manual.
