Observations Include: Verification of OQ records, line locating, bedding/backfilling, trenching, cut and
abandon steel pipe, weld caps on tapping tees, internal/external pipe examinations, remove and reapply
pipe wrap. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
