IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line in Eagle, ID.
Address: 7700 W Windhurst Ave
Observations Include: Stab fittings, fusing, verification of OQ records, line locating, pressure testing,
purging, bedding/backfilling, trenching, EFV install and tracer wire tie-in. Quizzed personnel on
excavation rules/laws. Quizzed fuser on squeeze/release times. All observed procedures were followed
in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
