IPUC inspector Perkins observed Das-Co, a contractor for IGC install a 3/4" service line in Kuna, ID.
Address: 899 and 980 E Odyssey St.
Observations Include: Stab fittings, verification of OQ records, line locating,pressure testing, purging,
bedding/backfilling, trenching, EFV install and tracer wire tie-in. Quizzed personnel on excavation
rules/laws. Quizzed fuser on squeeze times. All observed procedures were followed in accordance with
IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
