SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF IDAHO POWER
COMPANY FOR AN ORDER APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF
CERTAIN ASSETS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSMISSION PLANT HELD
FOR FUTURE USE; CASE NO. IPC-E-24-41.
On November 5, 2024, Idaho Power Company ("Company") filed an application
("Application") with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission ("Commission") requesting approval
to convey approximately 1.07 acres of land located in the McCall-Donnelly Transmission
Corridor, in Valley County, Idaho, to Daniel J. Booth.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Commission Staff("Staff') recommends the Commission issue a Notice of Application,
Notice of Modified Procedure, and Notice of Telephonic Public Hearing. Staff recommends a
January 9, 2025, public comment deadline, a January 16, 2025, reply comment deadline, and a
telephonic public hearing scheduled at a date and time determined by the Commission.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application,Notice of Modified Procedure,
and Notice of Telephonic Public Hearing, establishing a January 9, 2025, public comment
deadline, a January 16, 2025, reply comment deadline, and a telephonic public hearing at a date
and time determined by the Commission?
