MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
November 26, 2024 — 1:30 p.m.
In attendance was Commissioner Eric Anderson, Commissioner John R. Hammond, Jr. and Commissioner
Lodge. Commissioner Anderson called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was the APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING
on November 19th,2024. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA:
2.Action Item: Chris Burdin's November 26,2024,Decision Memorandum re:In the Matter of Idaho
Power Company's Application for Approval of a Power Purchase Agreement with Blacks Creek
Energy Center,LLC; Case No.IPC-E-24-42.
3. Action Item: Michael Duval's November 26, 2024, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of
Idaho Power Company's Application for Approval or Rejection of an Energy Sales Agreement with
Idaho Power Company and J.R.Simplot Company for the Sale and Purchase of Electric Energy from
the Simplot—Pocatello CSPP Project; Case No.IPC-E-24-43.
4. Action Item: Michael Duval's November 26, 2024, Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of
Idaho Power Company's Filing in Compliance with Order No.36402 for Authority to Track Annual
Wheeling Revenues in the Power Cost Adjustment; Case No.IPC-E-24-38.
5.Action Item: Dayn Hardie's November 26,2024,Decision Memorandum re: In the Matter of the
Petition to Cancel CPCN No.317 for Island Park Water Company; Case No.ISL-W-24-01.
6.Action Item:Dayn Hardie's November 26,2024,Decision Memorandum re:In the Matter of Aspen
Creek Water Company's Application to Increase Its Rates and Charges for Water Service in the
State of Idaho; Case No.ASP-W-24-03.
Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff's recommendations for Items 2 through 6 under
the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion, and it carried unanimously.
Commissioner Anderson stated there was no further business before the Commission and the meeting was
adjourned.
