Commissioners,
We respectfully request that the Public Utilities Commission further consider our application to amend
CPCN 481 to include Pepperwood Crossing Division No. 2. Additionally, RMUC seeks to expand the
service area to encompass Division No. 1, Division No. 2, and Division No. 3 of the Pepperwood
Crossing Subdivision.
Please advise us on the next steps to proceed with this request.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience as we reviewed the Interlocutory Order internally and consulted
with our Engineer. Below are the relevant updates for your consideration, along with the
attached request:
Hydraulic Modeling
RMUC has obtained approval from the Idaho DEQ, including a technical review, verifying
that adequate pumping capacity and piping have been constructed.
Water Right Transfer
We are actively working with Rocky Mountain Environmental Associates' Water Rights
Analysts to complete the transfer of water rights from J&L Holdings LLC to Rocky Mountain
Utility Co., Inc. The drafted Notice of Water Rights Change is also attached for you to
reference.
We look forward to your guidance on the next steps.

J&L Holdings,LLC, an Idaho limited liability company,whose address is PO Box 111,
Irwin, Idaho 83428, (hereinafter "Grantor") does by these presents remise, release, and forever
quitclaim unto Rocky Mountain Utility Company,Inc., an Idaho corporation, whose address is
2 N. Landmark Lane, Suite 4,Rigby, Idaho 83442, (hereinafter"Grantee") and to Grantee's heirs
and assigns forever, all of Grantor's right title and interest in the following water rights:
