Discontinuance of Interexchange Telecommunications Services
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On behalf of ATX Licensing, Inc.

ATX"), please be advised that ATX intends to
discontinue the offering of long distance services within the State of Idaho effective December
, 2010. A TX respectfully requests that the Commission cancel the Company s Price List as of
that date.
ATX presently has no long distance customers in Idaho; accordingly, there are no
customers upon whom notice of cessation of service may be served. Furthermore, A TX is
current with all reports and other filings required by the Commission.
For the Commission s convenience, an extra copy of this letter is also enclosed. Please
date-stamp this "file/stamp" copy and return it in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope.
