On May 31, 2024, PacifiCorp dba Rocky Mountain Power ("Company") applied for
authority to increase its Idaho jurisdictional revenue requirement by $92.4 million, or
approximately 26.8 percent. Order No. 36229. The Company proposes increasing its revenue
requirement by $66.7 million, or 19.4 percent, effective January 1, 2025, with a second increase
of$25.7 million, or 7.4 percent, effective January 1, 2026.
During its October 8, 2024, decision meeting, the Commission adopted the
recommendation of Commission Staff("Staff') to set a customer hearing in Pocatello, Idaho, for
November 25, 2024. However, a Notice of Customer Hearing was not issued.
During the Commission's November 6, 2024, decision meeting, Staff presented a
decision memorandum recommending that the Commission vacate the customer hearing scheduled
for November 25, 2024, and adopt a procedural schedule, including a new customer hearing date.
According to Staff, this was necessary as pre-filing testimony before the current customer hearing
date was not feasible.
With this Order, we adopt a proposed schedule for this case and schedule a technical
hearing at which the Parties may offer evidence and examine witnesses. We also vacate the
November 25, 2024, customer hearing and set a new one for December 16, 2024.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all testimony and exhibits in this matter must
comport with the requirements of Rules 231 and 267 of the Commission's Rules of Procedure.

NOTICE OF CUSTOMER HEARING
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that, to facilitate the pre-filing of Staff testimony
before a customer hearing is held, the customer hearing currently set for November 25, 2024, in
Pocatello, Idaho, is vacated.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a customer
hearing in this matter on Monday,December 16,2024,starting at 4:00 p.m. (MST)and ending
at 7:00 p.m. (MST), or after all customer testimony has been taken, whichever comes first.
The customer hearing will be held at 1345 Barton Rd., Pocatello, ID 83204 (Idaho Fish and
Game—Southeast Regional Office). The purpose of the public hearing is to take testimony from
members of the public and customers of the Company. Those planning on testifying are
encouraged to arrive at the hearing location by 3:45 p.m. (MST)as the hearing will conclude when
it appears all customer testimony has been received. For those who wish to call-in and listen only,
please call 1-415-655-0001 and enter meeting number 2864 793 8995 when prompted(customers
will not be allowed to testify telephonically).

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this matter on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, commencing at 9:30 a.m. (MST) and
ending at 5:00 p.m. (MST). The technical hearing shall continue, if necessary, Wednesday,
January 22,2025; Thursday,January 23,2025; and Friday,January 24,2025.1 The technical
hearing will be held at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, 11331 W. Chinden Boulevard,
