With this letter, ASC Telecom, Inc. respectfully requests cancellation of its ASC Telecom,
Inc., Registration to operate as a telecommunications company doing business in the state
of Idaho, as well as its Idaho Tariff P.S.C. No. 1. The Idaho Public Utilities Commission
may dispose of the documents as they see fit.

ASC Telecom, Inc. no longer has any customers and does not provide telecommunications
service in Idaho.
