I'm opposed to such a large increase in the water rate. I own many properties and none of them
even come close to such rates for the water.As mentioned in other comments that have been
submitted to the commission, I would like to make sure that the existing customers are not"footing
the bill"for the water company to expand its services to new customers.The new customers or the
developers should be paying for the additional expenses to provide water to them.
