Re: Notification of Closing of the Merger of American Long Lines Inc. into
AETEC Communications, Inc.
Dear Ms. Jewell:
Please consider this letter notification of the closing of the merger of American Long
Lines, Inc. ("AMLL") into P AETEC Communications, Inc. ("P AETEC"), as outlined in
the notification letter sent to the Commission on November 16, 2005. The transaction
closed on December 31 2005.
P AETEC has provided the necessary notification to the one AMLL customers in Idaho.
PAETEC would like to cancel AMLL's certificate of authority in Idaho, granted by the
Commission on March 14, 1997, and cancel AMLL's corresponding IXC Tariff.
Please acknowledge receipt by date stamping the extra copy and returning it in the self-
addressed, stamped envelope.
