The purpose of the original and three (3) copies of this letter is to advise the
Commission that AGM Telecom Corp. is hereby requesting the immediate voluntary
withdrawal of its tariff, Idaho Price List No.
The Company is not providing service in the State of Idaho and has no plans in the
immediate future to provide service in the state.
Please acknowledge receipt ofthis filing by date stamping the extra copy ofthis cover
letter and returning it to me in the self-addressed, stamped envelope provided for that
purpose.
