The original of this letter is filed pursuant to SB 1156, Session Law Chapter 312, enacted April 11, 2011,
notifying the Commission that Access Point, Inc. ("Company") respectfully elects to operate on a
detariffed basis for local and interexchange services. The Company is hereby requesting that their Idaho
Tariff No. 1 (Local Exchange) and Idaho Tariff No. 2 (Interexchange Services) be withdrawn effective
September 9, 2016.
The Company's tariffs contain local and interexchange services for business customers only, and the
Company has made their local and interexchange services document available in the form of a price list.
The price list is available for viewing on the Company's website. The hyperlink to the website where the
price list is posted for public inspection is as follows:
