Comment: "I have received the Consumer Notice letter dated October 9, 2024. Having read the letter
and spoken to a person at the water company I understand the reasoning behind a rate increase.
However, I object to the size of the increase and suggest that as a rate increase is needed it should be
phased in over several years to enable better budgeting by water users. This will better help me plan my
expenses for next year."
