Can you clarify if the 21 day response time begins when we receive the summons through certified
mail? Or is it based on the date of the letter?
We generally receive mail at Suite 155, not Suite 100. 1 wonder if that was the issue with the
originally delivery?

Yes,that is correct.The summons was mailed on October 18th, unfortunately, it appears there

I see posted in the docket that a certified letter dated 10/18 was sent to us regarding this case, but
we have not received it yet. Do you show that it was accepted by someone at our address or is it still
in transit? I want to make sure we keep on top of the response timing.
