Please provide the Company's most recent sales and load forecast for the 12-
month periods ending December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2025. Please include
the forecasts by total Company and by customer class in each state.
Response to IPUC Data Request 281
The Company interprets "sales and load forecast" to mean both the Company's
retail forecast(sales) and the Company's input level forecast (load). Based on the
foregoing interpretation, the Company responds as follows:
The Company objects to this request on the grounds that it is overly broad, unduly
burdensome, outside the scope of this proceeding, and not reasonably calculated
to produce admissible evidence in this general rate case (GRC)proceeding.
Notwithstanding the foregoing objection, the Company responds as follows:
Please refer to Attachment IPUC 281 which provides the Company's most recent
sales and load forecast for the 12-month periods ending December 31, 2024 and
December 31, 2025.Note: this GRC proceeding is based on historical data not
forecasted data.
