Bayer Data Request 100
Bayer Data Request 100
Wheeling Revenue Adjustments. Please refer to the 1st Revised Response to
IPUC Data Request 145. Further refer to Confidential Attachment IPUC 145 1 st
Revised.
(a) On tab "B —Pre-Merger Adj", lines 22-33, the forecasted transmission rates
do not match the forecasted transmission rates on tabs "A—Firm Wheeling
Adj" and "E—302980 Adj". Please explain why the forecasted transmission
rates on tab B are different than the forecasted transmission rates on tabs A
and E.
Response to Bayer Data Request 100
In developing this general rate case (GRC), the rate information utilized on tab `B
- Pre-Merger Adj", lines 22-33 was populated with the 2025 estimated rates
instead of the 2024 estimated rates and the error was not detected prior to filing.
The use of the 2025 estimated rates overstates the estimated wheeling revenue
increase by approximately $8.8 million. The Idaho-allocated impact to the
revenue requirement, as a result of the decreased wheeling revenues, is a
$476,000 revenue requirement increase in this GRC.
