2021 Drug&Alcohol Audit Northwest Gas Processing

Prepared for the Northwest Gas Processing drug and alcohol inspection through review of the PHMSA
inspections Forms and 2020 inspection results. The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of transmission
and gathering lines.
Oct 19, 2021: (2 D&A)typed report
Bruce Perkins and Jeff Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with NWGP's Compliance Personnel,
Operations Manager and Lead Operator at the New Plymouth office to review drug and alcohol program and
records. PHMSA Forms were used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed as they
pertain to program/records.
Observations:
NWGP has no Historical Drug&Alcohol test records as required by 49 CFR 199.117 Record Keeping
