2021 Records/Field Audit Northwest Gas Processing
July 22, 2021: (1 Standard Prep)
Prepared for the Northwest Gas Processing records and field inspection through review of the PHMSA
inspections Forms and 2020 inspection results. The company's pipeline system in Idaho consists of transmission
and gathering lines.
August 23-25, 2021: (6 Standard)
Bruce Perkins and Jeff Brooks of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with NWGP's Compliance Personnel,
Operations Manager and Lead Operator at the New Plymouth office to review records for the previous year.The
field audit was conducted at NWGP's Hwy 30 plant, Little Willow Station and valve sites to ensure compliance
with field requirements. PHMSA Forms were used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were
completed as they pertain to required records and procedures. An operator qualification inspection was
performed on Randy Shelton (Shelton Consulting) performing CP reads.
Observations:
Valve site, 506 needs vegetation removed. Unable to access Valve site 3 due to irrigation flooding, we will
attach June 2021 CP reads in file.
August 26, 2021: (.5 Standard, .5 OQ)
Wrote the inspection report, completed PHMSA and IPUC audit forms and attached inspection documents.
