Inspection Summary
Audit consisted of inspecting field installed equipment and operator qualification for the Twin Falls, Idaho
inspection units. Records and procedures for all Idaho Intermountain Gas Units were inspected in March 2021
at the Intermountain Gas Company(IGC) headquarters in Boise, Idaho.
August 9-11, 2021: (2.5 Standard, .5 OQ)
Traveled to Twin Falls and met with IGC company representatives in the Twin Falls district office for in-brief and
to begin field audit.

50150 and 50160 were inspected for proper operating parameters, regulator lock-up, relief device operation,
cathodic protection pipe-to-soil readings, pipe-to soil interface wrap protection, station warning signs and right-
Fourteen casing-to-carrier isolation checks, six cathodic protection rectifier, five pipeline patrols, and 10
emergency isolation valves were checked for proper operation.
An IPUC Form 3 (exit interview) was performed following the district inspection with Will Lindsey (Pipeline
Safety Specialist) of Intermountain Gas Company.
