MINUTES OF DECISION MEETING
SUBJECT TO APPROVAL
October 8, 2024— 1:30 p.m.
In attendance was Commissioner Eric Anderson, Commissioner John R. Hammond, Jr. Commissioner
Lodge was absent. Commissioner Anderson called the meeting to order.
The first order of business was the APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM THE PREVIOUS MEETING
on October 1 st, 2024. The Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes as written.
The next order of business was CONSENT AGENDA:

Application of Riverside Electric Company, Limited and City of Rupert for an Order Approving a
Service Territory Agreement Between the Applicants; Case No. C12-E-24-02.

Commissioner Anderson made a special acknowledgement to the Dry Creek Water Company,LLC's owner
and legal counsel for attending the Decision Meeting.
Commissioner Anderson made a motion to approve Staff's recommendations for Items 2 through 13 under
the Consent Agenda. A vote was taken on the motion,and it carried unanimously.
The next order of business was FULLY SUBMITTED MATTERS:
14. Deliberation Memorandum re: In the Matter of the Application of Greylock Energy Holdings,
LLC for Approval of Its Stock and Ownership Interests Purchase Agreement with Israel Ray for the
Acquisition of the Atlanta Power Company; Case No.ATL-E-22-02 [Chris Burdin,Attorney].
Commissioner Anderson stated that Item 14 under Fully Submitted Matters would be deliberated privately.
Commissioner Anderson stated there was no further business before the Commission and the meeting was
adjourned.
