Observed a KV Utilities crew installing new%" service line at 630 Elm St, Hailey, Idaho.All procedures were
followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, line locating, pressure testing, EFV install,
bedding/backfilling, riser install, tracer wire install, purging, potholing, boring,JSA, IGC bagging the meter and
squeezing.

followed.
