Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company
Observed Das-co crew installing new 6"PE distribution line at Hwy 45 and Lake Shore Dr. in Nampa,
ID. And an ELM locator performing duties. All procedures were followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Line locating, excavating,pipe handling, fusing, electro fusing,
distribution line installation,tracer wire installation,bedding/slurry,backfilling,boring and pot-holing.
