Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company
Observed two Das-co crews installing new 3/4" PE service lines at 4897 N Glenrock Ave, 6032 W Daphne Dr
and 5967 W Daphne Dr, Meridian ID. All procedures were followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Line locating, excavating,pipe handling, service line installation, tracer
wire installation, stab fitting installation, EFV installation,pressure testing,bedding and backfilling.
