Observed a KV crew installing a new W PE service line at 257 W 3RD St, Burley, ID.All procedures were
followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Line locating, excavating, pipe handling, service line installation, tracer
wire installation, stab fitting installation, EFV installation, pressure testing, bedding and backfilling.
