Observed a Das-co crew installing a new 1800 EFV on PE service line at 1957 N Luge Ave, Eagle, ID. All
procedures were followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Excavating, stab fitting installation, EFV installation, pressure testing,
bedding and backfilling.
