Observed a Das-co crew installing a new W PE service line at 412 10th Ave N#2, Nampa, ID. All procedures
were followed.
Areas observed during this project were: Line locating, excavating, pot holing, pipe handling, pre-heating, hot
tapping, service line installation,tracer wire installation, EFV installation, pressure testing, UT scan, wax wrap
installation, bedding and backfilling.
