Observed a Das-co crew tapping a 2" steel line and installing a new 3/4" service line to business located at 1900
N Washington Ave, Emmett, Idaho.All procedures were followed. Areas observed during this project were: line
locating, bell holing, boring, welding, pressure testing, plastic joining, bedding/backfill, and verified OQ's.Typed
