June 1,2021: (2 Standard travel) Traveled to CDA, ID to conduct inspection. June 2-3,2021: (3 Standard, 1 OQ) Met with Avista company representatives in the CDA, Idaho district office for in-brief and began field audit of CDA installed equipment. Regulator Stations 210, 213, 216, 217,219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 226, 603, 604, 614, 626, 2100, 2210, 5001 and 5002 were randomly selected and inspected for relief operation, regulator lock-up and general condition of the station including pipe-to-soil wrap and corrosion. Five cathodic rectifiers, 12 valves, four carrier-to-casings and one patrol were inspected for the CDA district with one defect noted(Sta 5001 primary side worker failed lock- up). IPUC Form 3 was conducted with Randy Bareither. June 4,2021: (2 Standard travel) Traveled back to Boise,ID. June 7,2021: (2 Standard post) Wrote the inspection report, completed all forms and attached inspection documents.
