May 10,2021: (1 Standard travel) Traveled to Moscow, ID to conduct inspection. May 11-12, 2021: (1.5 Standard, .5 OQ) Met with Avista company representatives in the Pullman, Washington district office for in-brief and began field audit of Moscow installed equipment. Regulator Stations 306, 312, 318, 322, 323, 324, 327, 337, 380, 382, 383, 384, 387, 3090 and 3111 were randomly selected and inspected for relief operation,regulator lock-up and general condition of the station including pipe-to-soil wrap and corrosion. Three cathodic rectifiers,nine valves and four carrier-to-casings were inspected for the Moscow district with one defect noted(Sta 323 relief failed reset). IPUC Form 3 was conducted with Randy Bareither. May 13,2021: (1 Standard travel) Traveled back to Boise, ID. May 14,2021: (1 Standard post) Wrote the inspection report, completed all forms and attached inspection documents.
