April 5,2021: (3 Standard travel) Traveled to Lewiston, ID to conduct inspection. April 6-7,2021: (6 Standard) Met with Avista company representatives in the Clarkston,Washington district office for in-brief and began field audit of Lewiston installed equipment. Regulator Stations 400,403,405,413, 414, 420, 443, 447,448, 449,4020 and 5631 were randomly selected and inspected for relief operation, regulator lock-up and general condition of the station including pipe-to-soil wrap and corrosion. Six cathodic rectifiers, fourteen valves and five carrier-to-casings were inspected for the Lewiston district with one defect noted(Reg Sta#414 worker failed lock-up). IPUC Form 3 was conducted with Michelle Heskett. April 8,2021: (3 Standard travel) Traveled back to Boise, ID. April 12,2021: (2 Standard post) Wrote the inspection report, completed audit forms: PHMSA IA question set, IPUC Forms 1, 3 and attached inspection documents.
