inspection results.
16-17 February 2021: (6 Standard)
Bruce Perkins, Darrin Ulmer, and Jeff Brooks completed a joint (Washington UTC and Oregon PUC)
virtual/teleconference audit of Avista's Control Room records, procedures and operations. The PHMSA IA
question set was used as a guide throughout the audit to ensure all areas were completed/covered.
