A construction inspection was performed on an Avista Utilities Crew
18-20 May 2021 (6.0) Construction/Travel
Observed a Avista Utilites Crew relocating a 2" main and at 1610 15th Ave in Lewiston Idaho to accommodate a
sewer project being completed by the city of Lewiston and traveled back to Boise
Areas observed during this project were: Line locating,pressure testing, bedding/backfilling,purging, welding,
abandoning old line, coating install, repair of line gouge and bypass line construction.
