Audit consisted of inspecting Northwest Gas Processing Operation and Maintenance Manual Procedures
2022, Public Awareness Program-2022, Emergency Response Plan-2022 and SOPS. This audit was
performed in Boise, Idaho at the IPUC office Garnet room.

Prepared for the Procedural Audit of Northwest Gas Processing. Reviewed operators Operation and
Maintenance (O&M)Manual, IA Question sets and past inspections.
June 21-22,2022 (4.5 Standard)
Met with Northwest Gas Processing contracted representative to audit the companies procedures in the
O&M Manual. Following the audit an IA exit interview was conducted with Hope Shelton, Shelton
Consulting. No discrepancies were found.
