A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
3 November 2022 (1.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors(Das-Co) install new 3/4" PE service lines at 3828 and 3850 S Pelican
Ridge Ave in Nampa, ID. Observations included line locating, excavation, tracer wire,plastic butt fusions, stab
fittings,meter placement, pressure test, EFV installations, line squeezing, line purging, and backfilling. Das-Co
employee was quizzed on applicable AOCs for fusion and squeeze off procedures. All procedures were followed
in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
