A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
01 Nov 2022 (2.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors (Das-Co) install new 3/4" PE service lines to a house at 17296 & 17310 N
Nightjar in Nampa, ID. Observations included OQ verification, line locating,trenching, tracer wire,plastic butt
fusions, successful pressure test at 90 psi for 15 minutes, safety equipment, EFV 1200 installations, line
squeezing, stab fittings,bedding and backfilling. Das-Co employee was quizzed on applicable AOCs for fusion
and squeeze off procedures. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs O&M Manual.
