A construction inspection was performed on Das-co a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
26 October 2022 (1.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspector observed a Das-co crew installing a 2"plastic main line extension for a new residence in Star,ID
at 9775 W Millcreek Ln. Observations included line and sleeve locating, safety equipment,verification of OQs,
and trenching. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
