25 October 2022 (1.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors(Das-Co) attempt to locate a 6" steel HP line at 10474 W State St in Star,
ID. Observations included line locating,trenching, safety equipment, shore box installation and verification of
OQs. Das-Co employee was quizzed on applicable AOCs. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGCs
Operations and Maintenance Manual.
