A construction inspection was performed on Das-Co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
24 October 2022 (2.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors (Das-Co) install a new 3/4" PE service line to a house at 2646 Laidlaw
Drive in Emmett,ID. Observations included line locating, trenching,tracer wire,plastic butt fusions, successful
pressure test at 90 psi for 15 minutes, EFV installations, line squeezing,bedding, and backfilling. Das-Co
employee was quizzed on applicable AOCs for fusion and squeeze off procedures. All procedures were followed
in accordance with IGCs Operations and Maintenance Manual.
