IPUC inspectors observed contractors installing a 4" PE main and 2" PE service line at 16680 Northside Blvd,
Nampa, Idaho. Job included trenching,boring,pullback,tracer wire and fusing. All procedures were followed in
accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance Manual.
