A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
30 August 2022 (2.0)construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed contractors installing a 3/4" split service line to two residences at 3012 & 3024 E
Parulo Dr,Meridian. Job included trenching, line locating,tracer wire,butt fusion, EFV 1200 installation,
purging, stab fittings, squeeze off, successful pressure test at 90 PSI for 15 minutes, bedding(with sand) and
backfill and CGI testing. Certified contractors were quizzed on applicable AOCs for fusion, squeeze off and
pressure testing standards. All procedures were followed in accordance with IGC Operations and Maintenance
Manual.
