A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
22 Aug 2022 (1.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed a Das-co crew install a 3/4" PE service line from a 3/4" steel main to an existing
residence at 1000 S Glen Haven Dr, Boise, ID that included line locating,trenching, tracer wire,butt fusions,
installation of 1200 EFV,welded a 3/4" tapping T, ultrasonic wall thickness testing, successful pressure tests at
90 psi for 15 minutes. IGC FOC Mingo and Brody on-site.Das-co employees were quizzed on applicable AOCs
regarding fusion procedures. All procedures were followed.
