A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
11 Aug 2022 (1.0) construction,typed reports
IPUC inspectors observed a Das-co crew install (3) 3/4" service lines to new residentials at 1055, 1035, 1024 N
Ryde Ave,Kuna, Idaho that included line locating,trenching,tracer wire, stab fittings, bedding/backfill,butt
fusions, installation of 1200 EFV, installed T for split service, successful pressure tests at 90 psi for 15 minutes
and squeeze off procedures. Verified OQs of ELM employee Ted Marx. IGC FOC Jason on-site. Das-co
employees were quizzed on applicable AOCs regarding fusion procedures and squeeze off times. All procedures
were followed.
