A construction inspection was performed on Das-co, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
5 Jul 22 (2.0) construction, typed reports
Observed a Das-co crew welding a tapping tee on 2" steel main in the road, traffic control,transition fitting, 2"
PE main, boring and installing 3/4" service lines feeding 3 houses in culdesac, line locating,tracer wire install,
fusing, met-fit couplings, pot-holing,trenching, and repairing a sewer line that boring crew hit. Locations were
at 7200, 7130, 6720 and 6720 1/2 N Gary Lane, Boise ID. All procedures were followed.
