A construction inspection was performed on Das-co Utilities, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company
28 Jun 22 (2.0) construction, typed reports
Observed a Das-co crew installing a new W PE service line off 4" main with bolt on tee, quizzed employee on
recognition of AOC's on tee, observed utility line locating, excavating, bedding, shading, tracer wire install,
pressure testing and fusing at 1097 N Jacksonmill Ave, Kuna ID. All procedures were followed.
