Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was preformed on Das-Co Utilities, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company.
25-28 Apr 22 (8.0) construction,typed reports
Observed a crew installing a new 2" PE main, excavation, utility locating,bedding, fusing,tracer wire and met-fit
couplings, 2" Aldyl-A abandonment, EFV installation in the alleyway behind Albertsons at 68E Fairview Ave,
Meridian Idaho. NOPV was issued due to using a digital pyrometer that was out of calibration during fusing
operations. Squeezed off 2" aldyl-a main and connected to 2" PE main. Pressure tested and connected 3 -3/4"
service lines with EFVs (gauge was calibrated on 10/26/2021).
