Inspection Summary
A construction inspection was performed on Das-co Utilities, a contractor for Intermountain Gas Company
7 Mar 22 (0.5) construction, typed reports
Observed a Das-co crews installing new 3/" PE service lines, excavating, bedding, shading, tracer wire and
pressure testing at 19255/19261 Kiowa Creek, Nampa ID. When Das-co personnel squeezed the stub and went
to purge the line they discovered the 2" perf saddle on both residences were not tapped. Exposed saddles and
completed the tapping. All procedures were followed.
