Audit consisted of IPUC inspectors reviewing IGC's OQ program for compliance with Part 192.
This audit was completed virtually from the IPUC office in Boise, ID.
December 15, 2022: (.5) OQ Prep
IPUC inspectors prepared for IGC OQ Program Audit. Reviewed section of the Operations and
Maintenance Manual, IA question set and past inspections.
December 19, 2022: (3) OQ
Inspectors met virturally to conduct an OQ audit with Colby Lundstrom, IGC Manager, Compliance and
Operations Programs and Wendy McDonough, IGC Compliance and Audit Specialist, Robert Peterson
MDU, Rueann Gallagher MDU, Dan Hoeffner MDU and Josh Sanders MDU. Various documents and
records for IGC employees and contractors were reviewed. Specific documents include: OPS 1, OPS 7,
OPS 200, OPS 402, OPS 600, OPS 800, email chains for updates of procedures for employees and
contractors, MOC updates, covered task lists, Form 23001 (Post Incident Review).
UNSAT Question 11 - Qualification Records for Personnel Performing Covered Tasks: See IPUC Order
Number 35492 regarding unqualifed individuals installing meter sets and an NOPV will follow this
inspection.

Completed IPUC Form 1 and IA exit interview and sent to Colby Lundstrom.
