Reviewed the Rexburg LNG plant Records, Emergency Manual, Fire Manual, Operations Procedure Manual,
Preventative Maintenance Guide, Plant Maintenance Training Manual, Equipment Operations Manual and
Security Training Manuals for compliance with 49 CFR part 193, NFPA 59A. Prepared for the LNG inspection
through review of the inspection forms.

Bruce Perkins of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission met with Intermountain Gas Company Rexburg LNG
Plant personnel Russ Nishikawa, Daniel Osterhout and Chad Darrington to conduct an audit of records,
procedures and field review for plant operations for calendar year 2021. The PHMSA Inspector Assistant (IA)
Program was used to conduct a LNG Facility Inspection on the records,field and procedural manual as they
applied to the facility. An IA Post Inspection Preliminary Findings (exit interview) was performed following the
inspection with Russ Nishikawa the manager of engineering services.
